It's great that he hasn't had one since you met, but if you're still worried about him you could get him to read up on how the "One Move" works.

What's so good about it is that it allows a panic attack sufferer to deal with an attack immediately - while it's happening. This in turn gives them the confidence to know that they can cope, which means they become less anxious and therefore less likely to have an attack. With a bit of practice it can then be used to stop an attack before it gets going.

Unfortunately, I can't explain the "One Move" in full detail, because it's copyright material, but there's a link to Joe Barry's website at the bottom of this post. If you go to the bottom of the first page of Joe's site there is a button - click on that and on the next page he explains about the "One Move". Hope this helps.

What should I do if my bf has an panic attack? He hasn't had any issues since I met him (four months now), but in the past he has suffered a lot due to anxiety, and he still takes medication. He's currently nowadays (grad school, looking for a home, etc...) and even though I believe he'll be just fine, he warned me in advanced that , or experience an anxiety attack. What should I do?
